Shipping & Returns

Dispatch

Orders are packed by hand and dispatched within 1–2 working days. You will get a message with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout, before you pay — you will see the exact amount before confirming your order.

If something arrives damaged

Photograph the piece and the packaging and email us within 48 hours of delivery at arzezeer.jewels@gmail.com with your order number. We will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.

If you change your mind

Write to us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a return. Pieces must come back unworn, in their original box and pouch, with all packaging intact. Return delivery is arranged by you unless the piece was faulty or we sent the wrong item.

What we cannot take back

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once the seal on the packaging is broken, unless they arrived faulty. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we refund to your original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
