What are the pieces made of?

Each piece has a gold-toned finish, set with black onyx, mother-of-pearl or clear crystal depending on the design. The exact materials for a given piece are listed under Materials on its product page.

Will it tarnish?

Not quickly, and not at all if you follow the four habits on our Jewellery Care page. Water, perfume and lotion are what wear a plated finish down.

Is it safe for sensitive ears?

Our studs use a plain post backing without nickel plating on the post. If you react to most costume jewellery, write to us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether to risk it.

What ring size should I order?

Rings come in sizes 6, 7 and 8. If you are between sizes or unsure, wrap a strip of paper around your finger, mark where it meets, measure it in millimetres and email us the number — we will tell you which size to take.

Are the necklace lengths adjustable?

Yes. Every necklace and bracelet has an extension chain so you can shorten or lengthen it.

Do you deliver outside Pakistan?

Not yet. If you are abroad and want a piece, email us and we will tell you if we can work something out.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout before you confirm.

Do you gift wrap?

Every order arrives in the signature Arz e Zeer box, ready to give. If it is a gift and you would like the invoice left out, say so in the order notes.
