Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver across Pakistan. We do not currently ship internationally, if you are abroad and want a piece, email support@arz-e-zeer.com and we will tell you whether we can arrange something.

Dispatch time

Orders are packed by hand and dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your address. You will see the exact amount before you confirm and pay, there are no charges added afterwards.

Tracking

You will receive a message with tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves us. If tracking has not updated for more than 3 working days, email us with your order number and we will chase it.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which will be charged again.

Lost parcels

If your parcel has not arrived and tracking has stopped, tell us. We will open a case with the courier and either resend your order or refund you in full.
