These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with Arz e Zeer. By placing an order you accept them.

Products and descriptions

We photograph every piece ourselves and describe materials as accurately as we can. Onyx and mother-of-pearl are natural materials, so small variations in colour and pattern between individual pieces are normal and are not defects. Screens vary, so colours may appear slightly different from the piece in hand.

Prices and availability

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include any taxes where applicable. We stock small quantities, so a piece may sell out between you adding it to your cart and completing checkout. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order — for example if a piece is out of stock, if we cannot verify your details, or if we suspect fraud — and if we do, we will refund any payment in full.

Returns

Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, or to copy our photographs, product descriptions or branding for commercial use without written permission.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
